With all due respect to The Bard, that is the question here. Many landscape disappointments can be avoided if you know when to prune your trees and shrubs. Flower-producing wood might be eliminated inadvertently because of pruning too late or early. Pruning at the right time will avoid some of that disappointment.
Here is a tip…A general rule of thumb in regards to flowering plants is that they generally need three months of vegetational growth in order to set the flowers for the upcoming growing season. For the most part, the pruning season in Northern Nevada is either behind us or ahead of us. This is just a helpful tip for the remainder of 2018.
I know, I’ll bet a tree professional knows the answers to your pruning and tree removal questions. Best of all, he or she also knows the proper and safe way to do it! In that latter case we are very fortunate to have THE Tree Professional right here in Reno. When you need trees or shrubs removed call Greg and the team immediately at (775) 420-8694.
