Root Pruning.

Mild fall weather may have you thinking about pruning shrubs and trees. It seems like a good time before the snow flies in Northern Nevada. However, it may be better to wait until late winter, or at least until after the leaves have fallen completely. That is yet another reason why The Tree Professional is a good friend 12 months a year.

Greg Chavez knows that if you prune too soon it can harm your trees and shrubs, so when it comes to fall pruning, procrastination may be the right way to go. Please understand that pruning a little branch or two may be just fine. Bigger tasks like thinning the crown or cutting a big limb can wait.

Here is a reminder from The Tree Professional of Reno. NO JOB should be done by an amateur when it comes to tree trimming of ANY kind! Call Greg Chavez, The Tree Professional, at this phone number (775) 420-8694. He will give you valuable advice as well as do a great job when the time is right. See all they do at thetreeprofessional.com.
