Dreaming (and Crossing your Fingers) of a White Christmas.

How common is a White Christmas in Reno Nevada?  When you think of Christmas you think of snow don’t you?  Perhaps you just dream of it.  Here in Nevada our chances for snow on Christmas day varies by elevation.  What constitutes a White Christmas?  You have to have at least an inch of snow on the ground.

So, what about Reno itself?  We have an 11% chance of having a white Christmas in Reno.  Were you a fan of 1971 (if you happened to have been around)?  On Christmas Day that year, the city officially measured 15 inches of snow!  You can always drive a short distance.  Virginia City has measurable snowfall about half of the time on December 25th.

Whatever Christmas 2018 may bring, we at The Tree Professionals pledge to continue helping you remove trees and trim bushes in the year to come.  It has been our honor to serve the needs of Northern Nevada and the Reno area for many years.  From our family at The Tree Professionals to yours Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.
