With apologies to Shakespeare, an unsightly tree stump is
like an annoying looking spot on an otherwise pristine article of
clothing. Do you like looking at old
tree stumps when you peer outside of your window? What do you think that neighbors and people
driving by your property think of them?
Here are some other reasons why stump removal should be a
high priority –
1. They are downright dangerous! Anyone can trip over them.
2. When they decay
they attract insects.
3. Something called
“sucker growth” continues from the stump itself.
4. Stumps harbor
disease that can spread to healthy plants on your property.
Stumps or no stumps that is the question (again, apologies
